Heavy Haul Request for Proposals

To request competitive proposals for your heavy haul, rigging, or oversize/overweight transport project, we need the following information, submitted as an attachment in an email to info@alliancewestern.com .
  1. Company name, contact, address, phone, and email.
  2. Please note if this is an imminent project or if you just need budgetary pricing for planning purposes.
  3. Project Title
  4. Projected Date of Shipment.
  5. Declared Value
  6. Origin city and state.
  7. Destination city and state.
  8. Commodities, quantities, length, width, height, weight.
  9. Any hazard ratings.
  10. Drawing if available in .dwg or other common files. If not, a simple .jpg sketch with dimensions is always helpful.
  11. Please include any additional comments you feel may be helpful.

Instructions:

  1. Complete the information listed at left.
  2. Email to info@alliancewestern.com
  3. You will receive a confirmation number by email. This will be your project's assigned number in our system.
  4. Update us with any requirement changes, and please reference your project number.
  5. When you're ready to buy, write a standard purchase order out to your chosen vendor, email it to us, and we will ensure the vendor receives it in a timely fashion.
  6. Don't forget to use our buyers' tools - including fair contracts and checklists.
