  2. Time Parameters
    • Please note if this is an imminent project or if you just need budgetary pricing for planning purposes.
    • Proposal due date
    • Projected purchase date
    • Required ship date
    • Commissioning date
  3. Indicate what type of machinery you are interested in.
  4. Indicate what types work you intend to do.
  5. With regards to material, indicate:
    • type
    • thickness
    • surface conditions
    • size - width and thickness at thickest, thinnest, widest, and narrowest points.
    • strength in PSI - tensile, yield, shear
  6. Coil Characteristics
    • max weight in pounds
    • min/max OD
    • min/max ID
    • loading method (IE crane, forklift)
  7. Press Information
    • Make/Model
    • Tonnage
    • Type - OBI, Straightside, etc...
    • length of stroke and strokes per minute (include min/max)
  8. Power or Air supply - voltage, phasing, cycles or PSI
  9. Anything else that may be helpful.
   
   
   

 

Instructions:

  2. Email to info@alliancewestern.com
  3. You will receive a confirmation number by email. This will be your project's assigned number in our system.
  4. Update us with any requirement changes, and please reference your project number.
  5. When you're ready to buy, write a standard purchase order out to your chosen vendor, email it to us, and we will ensure the vendor receives it in a timely fashion.
  6. Don't forget to use our buyers' tools - including fair contracts and checklists.
